Welcome to the Converse College internship program. Why should you include an internship as one of your academic experiences at Converse?
- Internships, or a career-related work experience, are required for some majors.
 Obtaining that first job is made much easier if you have a career-related work experience.- Internships also allow you to:
1. Apply what youve learned in the classroom through hands on application or observation of concepts.
2. Explore your interests and abilities in a variety of fields.
3. Build a solid resume.
4. Make valuable contacts with professionals in your field of interest.
5. Earn academic credit.
The Office of Career Services, which coordinates all academic internships, works to ensure your success in an internship of your choice.
