Employers visit campus each term to interview students for full-time positions and internships. Students must attend an interviewing skills workshop to be eligible to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting program.  See the Career Services Calendar of Events for further information regarding the workshop.

Employers can sign up online to interview students at Converse College.  After interviewing student at Converse, please submit an evaluation of the Converse Job Recruiting program. Employer feedback is essential for us to continue providing an effective program.

Converse College also participates in the SC Independent Colleges and Universities (SCICU) Senior Interview Day each Winter term in Columbia. Graduating seniors submit resumes to participating employers and are pre-selected for interviews.
