Fine Arts Silk Screen Workshop

Professor Blanchard will offer a creative, hour-long session geared towards the artist and non-artist alike. Working with a combination of silk screen processes, this class will cover direct drawing and photo-based methods. A step-by-step demonstration will take the entire hour long session, with each participant leaving the session with her very own fine art print. (This class is limited to 10 participants.)

The Converse Model League delegation celebrated twenty years of competition last spring. With twelve straight years named as “Outstanding Delegation” at the National Model, Converse is clearly the premier program in the country. In the last few years, the program has expanded to competition in Model NATO and Model UN and has achieved the same results. Come see these exceptional young women in a demonstration simulation of how they have placed Converse on the national map as the powerhouse debate and diplomatic negotiation team in the country. This one hour hands-on class is geared toward expert and novice alike. Participants should know how to use a mouse. (This class is limited to 12 participants.)
