Call For Resumes: Opportunities for Adjunct Instruction

Converse College is seeking to build a résumé bank of individuals in the region who might be qualified to teach an occasional class on an adjunct basis. We offer courses from approximately 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., so there are teaching opportunities for those who hold other positions but would like the stimulation of teaching within their fields of expertise and at convenient times. Occasionally a class is added at the last minute for a variety of reasons, such as adding a section of a course to accommodate the number of students who wish to enroll. With a résumé bank on hand we will be able to plan our schedules better, meet suddenly-arising needs, and provide new opportunities for the talented people in our region.
